Ivy Leaf Top Button,  Donut-hole fly buttons, Selvedge, Exposed Back Pocket Rivets,  Photographs do a great job of showing the condition.
These are original WWII JC Penney denim jeans. Just like LEVI'S where the arcuate design was painted on the back pockets, JC Penney did the same thing with their denim jeans. JC Penney and LEVI'S used the same Ivy Leaf Top Buttons and Donut-Hole Fly Buttons.
Unlaundered, denim is very strong.  A few small repairs.
