This is a really cool vintage MILLER Western Wear long sleeve dress shirt in a size 16-34. Look closely at the photos and read the above information. You MUST go by the measurements below in inches:
Around chest: 46
Around waist: 43
Across back shoulders from seam to seam: 18.5
Sleeve length from shoulder seam to wrist: 26
Length in back from neck seam to bottom: 32
