Size tag is illegible - My best guess is a Men's Large - Please see measurements

Waist - 40" unstretched

Wrist and Waist Band are very stretchy.
Graphic on the back is soft and in super bright Day Glo colors.
May be some slight discoloration along neck line or it may be the material.  Please see pictures to decide for your self.
