Vintage Men's Wool Trousers

My husband bought these wool trousers at a vintage store in Boston back in 1985. There are no tags on them. They look like they would be from the 30's or 40's.
Nice weight black wool, no moth holes or damage, no signs of wear, like shine.
My husband has a 35" waist and a 34 inch inseam. Waist can be altered to make smaller or larger. In the photos you can see the trousers pool a bit at the bottom. The rise is longer than normal: the zipper is 10" long. They are somewhat high-waisted with a pleated front, baggy legs taper to a 9" width at the 1 1/2" cuffed hem. Two back pockets. Belt loops and buttons inside to wear with suspenders. Color is dark black even though it looks gray in some photos. Also looks a bit linty in photos but they are not. Very nice pair of pants. Smoke and pet free home. No mothball or musty smells.
