Day-Glo, Fluorescent, Hot Pink shorts with inside liner, inside drawstring, and 2 open pockets. Used. Men's Small. During the day-glo days of the 1980s and 1990s, Young men wore these colors, also in Yellow, Green, blue and mixed. Perfect for a vintage beach/surfer/valley dude style. Dated 1991 on back graphic (photo #6), Ocean Pacific brand. Short length (15" total). A tiny bit of smudge on top front ( too small to pick up on my camera). inside brand and materials tag cut off. Measurements: men's current small/medium : laid flat on table 26" waist, will stretch to 36" will fit 28" -34" waists best.  4.5" inseam. 15" out seam ( or total length), 12" rise.
