1970s Tuxedo
Condition:
The jacket has a small hole on the right cuff, wear on the right lapel and a light stain back right shoulder.
Please look over attached photos to get a good idea of over all condition.
Size:
Jacket is tagged 39 Long. This is in the mid-range of a size medium. Pants measure 36x35.
Chest (Measured from armpit to armpit across chest, then doubled)- 20 inches across; 40 inch Chest
Shoulders (Measured across the top of back yoke, where sleeve hem meets shoulder hem)- 16.5 inches
Sleeves (Measured from top where sleeve meets shoulder to bottom cuff)- 26 inches
Length (Measured from bottom of collar to the bottom hemline)- 31.5 inches
Waist (Measured across waistline, then doubled) - 18 inches across; 36 inch waist
Hips- (Measured level with bottom of zipper, across long ways, then doubled)- 21 inches across; 42 inches
Thigh (Measured from crotch seam across to outer seam, then doubled)- 11.5 inches across, 23 inches
Inseam- (Measured from crotch seam to end of pant leg)- 35 inches
Leg Opening- (Measured across pant leg opening, then doubled)- 10.5 inches across, 21 inches
Total Length- (Measured from top of waistband to bottom pant leg)- 46 inches

This is a vintage custom tailored by Harridge Row for Bonds
Dated "Dec 26th 1974"
Appears barely if Ever Worn ~ made in a Rust blue and white brown check is lightweight wool or wool blend fabric - difficult to know the fabric for sure as it is custom tailored with no content label.
The jacket has wide, notched, lapels and a two (2) button front for closure.
The shoulders of the jacket are slightly padded.
The sleeves have three (3) buttons at the cuff.
There are two (2) flapped pockets ,and  one (1 )chest pocket.
The jacket has two (2) back vents and 1/2 lined in Brown silky fabric ~ looks Great ! with two (2)  interior pockets
Sizing: No size  please pay close attention to the approx. Measurements I provide for fit, taken from the exterior side to side
Jacket:
Shoulders: 17.5” across shoulder seam-to-seam
Sleeves: 26” from shoulder seam
Sleeve Inseam: 18” long
Chest: 42” around, taken under the arms
Waist: 40”
Overall length: 34"from top of collar to hem
Pants:
Waist:
32”, but there is room to let them out at the waist, if needed maybe 2 - 3 inches
Length:
44” measured flat from waist to hem
Leg Inseam:
32 1/2” and you can let the cuff down without a line or fading issue, it appears the suit was barely worn or maybe never.
