1960's to 1970's vintage Levi's Sta-prest ( cotton/polyester blend) bermuda/casual shorts. They measure exactly 20" across or 40" around, so I would recommend waists 38-39 only- it has belt loops too. Pleated. 4 discolor dots on front ( natural imperfections of fabric) 1 mark on back-washing them now. (photos 5-9) sz 38, not 40
