    : THE BUCKLE IS MISSHAPEN AND NEEDS TO BE BENT BACK OR REPLACED.  THERE IS A SMALL RUST STAIN ON THE INNER NECKLINE THAT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN FROM A WIRE HANGER
