Description:
This listing is for one suit, including one jacket and one pair of pants. The textile is unmarked but feels like wool. Super mod blue skinny suit. Textile has a teal diagonal stripe pattern. Jacket has a small lapel, four button front, and convertible pockets. The lining of the jacket has amazing, psychedelic marble lining. The trousers are flat front with a slim leg. Front and back pockets with no belt loops.
Condition Details: Very good - There is discoloration on the lining inside each arm. The sleeves appear to have been altered and the extra is in the inner chest pocket.

3-piece denim suit with a vest that reverses from wide wale tan corduroy to denim.  Nice detail on the vest, with wood or wood-look buttons, and trim above the pockets.  Pants are flat-front and straight leg.  Classic two-button jacket with top stitching.  Made for Montgomery Wards.
Color can be subjective on the screen.  This is a medium wash denim with a slightly brighter tone.  On my monitor the rendering is quite good except for 1) the close up that shows the vest buttons and 2) the image of the front of the slacks.  Those render too light so please ignore them for color purposes.
Suit is in lovely shape.  It looks like it was maybe worn a few times only, cleaned and then stored.  Dry cleaners has marked owner name on the pockets and there is a little discoloration to the pants pocket linings, There is some light fade to shoulders and neck of jacket, mostly closet fade I think, plus a bit of neck wear.  See close up photos.  Was stored on a suit hanger, shoulders look well-shaped. With denim side of vest showing, 3rd and 4th buttons down show some finish loss.
RN number is 29505, indicating it was made by the Juvenile Manufacturing Company (later Santone), in San Antonio Texas.  Levi's bought this company in 1981, so I doubt they would have made things for Wards after that.  Based on this information and the general style, I'm calling this a 1970s item.
Jacket and vest tag size is 42R.  Pants tag size is waist 34.  Please review the measurements below for actual size of the garment.
All measurements are taken while the garment is lying flat.
Doubling the width measurements gives the approximate garment circumference.
Jacket:
Width across shoulder seam: 18.75"
Chest, from armpit seam to armpit seam: 21.5
Back length from base of collar: 31.25"
Sleeve Length from shoulder: 25"
Vest:
Chest, from armpit seam to armpit seam: 19.25"
Chest, all the way across laying flat, which goes a bit past the seam into the back material:  21"
Back length from base of collar: 21.8"
Pants:
Waist: 17", doubled = 34"
Leg Opening: 10", doubled = 20"
Rise: 13"
Inseam: 29"
There is about 2 inches of available additional length in the pants hem.  Total current turnover is 2.5".
Fiber content is unspecified.  Definitely cotton, but from the softer feel and the lack of wrinkling, I think there is polyester in there as well.  No stretch.
