1990's-early 2000's  vintage Billabong, embroidered on back : Hecho in Mexico. This Mexican line featured Mariachis, Roses and beautiful girls, gently used, no flaws, has the wax board comb inside the pocket. This is long out of production.
Men's current 32 ( will only fit 31,32" waists) : laid flat, they are 1r.5" each side, so a total waist of 33", 21"
