1980's to early 1990's vintage, Pacific Reflections brand. Poly/Cotton blend, poly liner with mini pocket. Elastic waist with drawstring. Can be used as casual shorts -has 1 back pocket, or as a swimsuit has liner, no fly. Also athletic shorts. True 1980's fashion style. Shorter length than today.
